NAHB Survey Shows Low Lot Supply

A May 2015 survey conducted by NAHB shows 62% of builders reported the overall supply of developed lots in their area was low to very low.

62% is the largest low supply recorded since NAHB began periodically asking the question in 1997 on its monthly survey.
Low supply = Rising prices:

The following chart also shows the percentages of respondents who reported developed lot prices somewhat higher or substantially higher than a year ago.
