Mike McCann, Chief Executive Officer
Mr. McCann, though his own investment company, McCann Management, began investing in land in 2000. His special focus at that time was on infill, pedestrian lifestyle land for either mixed use our multifamily residential. Always attracted to the sustainability of residential land development in urban areas, Mr. McCann focused on the procurement and entitlement of land parcels in the path of progress. Employing the very best urban land planners and engineers, Mr. McCann has re-entitled and either sold for development or developed some 3,000 acres over the course of his tenure in real estate development, some as small as 1/4 acre and others as large as 300 acres. Understanding, embracing and navigating the public process of entitlement with local counties, cites, historic preservation and environmental groups has become a real strength and area of expertise for Mr. McCann.
